When we arrived in Koh Phangan, we knew instantly — this was it. An island with the same untamed beauty, global curiosity and magnetic energy.

Priit brings extensive experience in creating and managing the daily operations of Viirelaid Private island in Estonia, which follows a similar experiential accommodation concept as the Resort being developed in Thailand. With eight years of expertise in successfully marketing such ventures, Priit is known for consistently generating new ideas to create engaging environments and unique experiences for guests.
At Viirelaid, Priit has been involved in every aspect of the resort’s development, from ideation and managing on-site construction to providing day-to-day customer service. He transformed a virtually empty island with an old house, no electricity, and limited access into a fully developed, well-marketed, and highly attractive tourism destination. Viirelaid Island, which operates for 4 months per year, consistently generating a profit of €250,000-€300,000 annually. In essence, Priit has mastered all processes of experiential accommodation, both in theory and practice.
World-Class architect & developer of over 450 projects worldwide. His precision turns blank spaces into architecture that breathes luxury.
Hegert has a broad background in the construction and real estate development sector. He has successfully led architectural firms and construction companies, overseeing the design of over 1,000 buildings and the construction of more than 450. He also has experience as the Sales Manager and Board Member at window manufacturer Plasto AS for three years and worked as an Economist at AS Viljandi Aken ja Uks.
In addition to his industry expertise, Hegert has experience owning and managing rental properties, and he previously owned a portfolio of rental apartments in Romania. He currently owns two businesses that generate passive income: www.majad.ee and www.hecateverona.com. Hegert holds financial and managerial education credentials, including an MBA from the University of Tartu.
Together, Priit and Hegert also share a joint tourism project in Virtsu, Estonia, where they completed two dome houses in June 2024. This collaboration highlights their ability to combine their expertise in design, construction, and management to create successful ventures.
